Audio recorders are available at the Research and Design Studio at the Burke Library and in the Digital Arts Lab in the Kennedy Theatre Studio Arts building. They can be used to record lectures for courses. Digital Media Tutors are staffed and able to help with loaning out audio recorders and helping you learn how to use them.
Students may checkout headphones from the Circulation Department for use in the library, as well as at the Digital Arts Lab in the KTSA building, and then return them when they are done. Headphones can be used to help with any hearing impairments.
An optical magnifier is a reading aid for people with a visual impairment. With an optical magnifier, you can read text and view photos with magnification. This helps you to read more easily.
An optical magnifier is available on a table at the rear of the first floor of Burke Library.
