Please save all projects, recordings and other files to an external drive or cloud based storage. Computers will be wiped every week and files saved to the computer will be deleted.


FAQs

Q:  I can’t get the microphones to work, even though the power to the Vocaster 2 unit is on. What do I do?

A: If the microphone is not responding, double check to see that the 48v button (phantom power) is turned ON for each mic. The button is located on the back of the audio control interface. Give it a push and an indicator will light up on the interface.
