• Reserve a Booth using 25Live
  • Log in to 25Live to complete the reservation form.
  • Enter either ACADEMIC or OTHER for the event name, since it will appear on the public schedule.
• Availability Calendar
  • View a schedule of when the rooms are available for reservation.

FAQs

Q:  Can I reserve a booth for more than one hour?

• Yes. You can reserve a booth for up to 3 hours, but you'll need to book each hour separately.

Q:  I reserved a production booth, but someone is in there! What do I do?

• Have your confirmation email ready, knock on the door and politely inform them that you’ve reserved the booth and ask them to finish up what they’re doing and head out. If you’re uncomfortable making this request, find a Digital Media Tutor (at the Research and Production Desk or inside the Makerspace) and they will help you.
